Who is Furrr??

Hi! I’m Jen Arnett (aka Furrr) owner of JenniFurrr’s Pet Sitting and Dog Walking of South Austin. I’m a pet sitter and dog walker and a very happy gal! I’ve been pet sitting part-time since 2000 and decided to make it my full time career in January of 2008. Some of the most delightful beings I know are covered in fur, hence the name of my business! I love being a pet sitter and wonder why I waited so long to make it my “real job”. Some of you may wonder how pet sitting is a real job, but it is! My clients consider their dogs and cats their children (just like I do) and take the care of their “children” very seriously. I take great pride in my work and feel my clients can sense that from our first meeting. Being passionate about my career and loving my clients makes me a very good pet sitter and gives my clients a great sense of comfort that their furrr babies are loved while in my care.

And I’m Jeff Arnett (aka Mr. Furrr) I grew up in Canada. My background is in graphic design, but my true love is hanging with my dogs and this JenniFurrr chick. I am also the man behind RollerDog (and tech support for this operation). I’ve been skating with dogs for over a decade and it’s the most fun one can have with a four legged friend. You can usually spot me cruising around South Austin down Escarpment or Beckett. I’m also an outdoor enthusiast and hike as much as I can with my own dogs.
